I’ve been straightened out on the BNP on the ballot and all that.  I’ve been told that they’re not allowed to be cops, etc. because a racist cop is a bad thing.  (Obviously.)

But naturally, my next thought is that if we’ve all admitted they’re bad, and made them “officially” bad enough that they can’t hold a job working with the public, again:  Why would they be allowed to run at all?  A racist MP isn’t any better than a racist cop, right?  Where is racism ok?

 Anyway,  the BNP and other jerks of that nature annoy me, I already know they annoy me, and I can’t vote for or against them either way anyway.  Let’s stop beating a dead horse.

Instead, let’s talk about how amusing it is when I get email from americans who are marrying brits and want my advice about moving overseas, like I got this morning.   I feel like I should start a Dear Yankee column, haha.  

Also, let’s talk about how Kayak.com has pretty awesome deals on round trip flights to Chicago right now.  I mean, two people from Manchester for about six hundred pounds and some change.  And let’s talk about how I am getting pretty excited to be home for a couple of weeks soon and have a little sunshine for a change.
